HOW WE WORK WITH YOU
How does your team work together?
CREATIVE COLLECTIVE is a group of creators from complementary backgrounds. Our collective power is built with independent freelancers that have all worked together professionally for many years. We have more than 100 years of global brand, experiential and digital design experience.
How do you estimate each project?
Our intake method looks for insights that will help us determine the right package for your project. We tailor each creative package for any marketing or business challenge. The scale of the creative package will determine the starter budget.
How do you bill your time?
Each creative package has a fixed budget to accomplish the front discovery work and then the concept and development portion. The tactics are deliverables within a package which also have a fixed price with requirements for content development and a rounds of reviews. If there are more than three rounds of reviews, we will add more budget to the job. If the creative collection needs to develop the content, we will add that as an ala carte service.
How will I be billed?
There is a starter charge for the discovery and workshop, which then sets the budget for the creative package. Once we start production, our creative team will bill individually. Each creative will work under a separate 1099 with you.
Is there creative oversight from a single point of contact?
Yes, each project is assigned a Creative Director and coordinator that keeps a keen eye on all of the work.
How do you collaborate during the pandemic?
We understand the limitation with social distancing right now, so we will pair up tribes of people, keep our spacing and use a large workspace. All of our team has been vaccinated, but we will always use caution.
What is in a creative package?
Each creative package is complied of key tactics, activation strategies, and media kits to help your team get results. The packaging helps us stay focused on the key objectives. Every package is scalable and we can always add an ala carte deliverable if need be. Our capabilities include account management, creative and art direction, content development, brand strategy, social engagement, graphic design, video production, application development, and experiential design.

What is included in a work-out?
First off, we make them a fun, creative experience where everyone plays an active role. Our clients are the secret sauce. They bring the expertise of the business, and we mix that with our creative methodology. Each session is clearly planned out with goals and objectives set. Workshops are organized between four to six hours. At the end of the day, we down-selected the best options to pursue, and our goal is to get alignment from everyone in the room. From there, our members are ready to move the work forward and begin the development phase.
What is included in a glamp-out?
Are you ready for an amazing creative experience? Have you ever been to the beautiful Pacific Northwest? Well, it’s our playground to bring teams together for immersive collaboration. We usually host this over a weekend (Friday - Sunday afternoon). The weekend is highly scripted in a design sprint format.
On Friday is the move-in day, and meet and greet with a mixer and dinner. On Saturday, there is a morning activity for those that want to participate. We feel it wakes up the brain for an active day. We eat great food because we feel it brings joy and sparks creativity. During the day, we have a series of 1-hour sessions with breaks and lunch. In the evening, we do a recap, celebrate a hard day of work, and enjoy a delicious dinner made by our chefs and cultural attache’.
On Sunday, we rest a bit in the morning, the chefs whip up a hearty breakfast, and then we discuss the outcomes from Saturday, develop our activation roadmap, plan the next steps, and finalize assignments with deadlines.
